Do I need to be a "real" artist to do this?

Absolutely not. This is a high-end painting kit designed for the modern creator, regardless of skill level. We provide a curated palette and a numbered map to guide your hand. You just need the patience to build something yourself.

What exactly comes in the box?

Every Number Craft kit is a complete self-care package:

Pre-stretched solid wooden frame: Your canvas is already mounted and ready to hang.

What else do I need to grab from home?

Just the basics: a flat surface to work on, a cup of water, and some tissues or a towel to dry your brushes. We also recommend laying down a cloth or paper to keep your space tidy.

The Process

How do I avoid smudging my work?

Pro-tip: Always paint from top-to-bottom. This keeps your hand out of the wet paint as you move down the canvas.

Should I jump around between colors?

We recommend batching. Finish every section of one color before moving to the next paint pot. It keeps your flow steady and your brushes cleaner.

I can still see the numbers through the paint. What do I do?

Light colors (like yellows or whites) might need a second coat. Let the first layer dry completely, then repaint that section to fully hide the numbers for a premium finish.

What if I mess up and use the wrong color?

Don’t panic—it’s lowkey fine. Acrylic paint is forgiving. Just let the "wrong" color dry completely, then paint the correct color right over it.

Maintenance & Care

How do I keep my paints from drying out?

Acrylic paint dries fast. Always keep the lids snapped tightly shut whenever you aren't actively using that specific color.

How do I take care of the brushes?

Rinse and dry your brush every time you switch colors. Give them a deep clean with water when you’re finished so they stay fresh for your next session.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us! We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

How long will it take to get my kit?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines vary by location, but you can track your order via the link we send through email or SMS.

Can I cancel my order?

Transactions are binding once payment is complete. You can only cancel if your order hasn't been processed or dispatched yet. Once it’s shipped, it’s officially on its way to you.

Returns & Refunds

What if my kit arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us at connect@numbercraft.in within 3 days of delivery. Make sure to include clear photo or video evidence so we can verify the claim and get you a replacement.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because these are curated kits, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or minor color variations due to screen differences. The "brain break" starts the moment you commit!
